BUPA: Putting people at the heart of a company strategy

The challenge

Bupa’s new strategic framework – a campaign known as ‘The Bupa Story’ – needed to be shared through a distinctive look and feel to complement the Bupa brand. This was a key opportunity to demonstrate the narrative and is evolution to employees.

Our solution

Sequel delivered a campaign with editorial content that put employees at the heart of the story. We set up a series of photo shoots at various locations to capture Bupa people’s energy, enthusiasm and professionalism, from health centres, to a call centre, to care homes. We delivered a defined look and feel for the story, a fold-out z-card, case study posters, a digital quiz and illustrated designs for feature walls and lift fronts.

The impact

The Bupa Story was engaging and, importantly, and directly involved the audience. We had a delighted client who recognised the entire project was turned around in a limited amount of time to a very high standard. The project was successful enough for the internal brand team to ask us to organise, stage and art direct a further photo shoot to create a set of images for their brand centre.
