Communicating company strategy – making it mean something to your people
Aspic Breakfast Seminar, November 20
How do you get your employees to care about high-level strategy, never mind become aligned with it?
How does today’s communicator ensure the mission, vision and values resonate with the workforce and actually mean something to them?
In our latest Aspic seminar on November 20, award-winning communicator Kate Jones will show how to turn a traditional cascade of information into a cascade of action so that everyone is pointing in the same direction.
Kate has been helping companies inform, inspire and involve their people for nearly 20 years. She’s worked across sectors ranging from energy, construction, law, brewing and tobacco in both agency and inhouse roles, picking up a host of awards along the way.
Kate is currently head of internal communications at construction giant Atkins and chairs the Board of the Institute of Internal Communication.
We expect to confirm a second high level speaker shortly.
In the meantime, you can book tickets for the seminar, which runs from 9-11am at the Soho Hotel, London via EventBrite (tickets cost £20 each). There are a limited number of tickets available so please do book early.
