Despite several re-designs, the internal magazine for Antalis employees was not hitting the mark. The paper distributor employs around 1,150 people across 24 sites in the UK, with a 50:50 split between blue and white collar workers.
Rather than create two channels for two audiences, Sequel developed a print-based strategy to connect with, and engage, all employees. This involved reinvigorating Team Talk’s content with new, creative ideas; designing a modern look and feel; featuring a mix of sites and employee roles; and raising awareness of the wider business, success and strategy. Each issue is printed on a different Antalis paper to showcase their products.
The magazine’s impact is clear with 98 per cent of readers excited about receiving the next issue. Externally, Team Talk’s success continues with five industry awards including Best Print Magazine in the UK’s IoIC awards.
