Creating context and CARE with memorable video

We’re always on the look-out for well-produced and well delivered video, and this one from the weekend’s #March4Women in London effectively shares context and a great backstory.

CARE International’s #March4Women is a global movement for gender equality and was attended by thousands, including activists, politicians and screen and TV stars wearing sashes to highlight the 100th year of women’s suffrage in the UK.

Why do Sequel’s video team rate it? “This is a great example of a video that takes the audiences behind the scenes, from the challenge and desire of building on the success of last year’s event, through the unpredictable obstacle of last week’s weather, all the while showcasing a team’s un-dampened spirit and resolve in making a difference. While the march itself was clearly newsworthy, sharing the back story helps to build engagement and identify the people behind the initiative, and their passion.”
