Now she is an experienced consultant, facilitator and coach, combining experience gained from senior management roles in both SMEs and large Corporates, with 25 years in the field of organisational and personal communication and change in the UK and globally.

Rachel is responsible for internal and external communication at one of the UK’s largest and high profile NHS Trusts. She previously held a number of positions in central government, notably at HM Revenue and Customs and the Cabinet Office.
