We’re delighted with this new app which guides you through fifteen free fitness apps, while raising awareness of the fantastic new Dallaglio Foundation Rugby for Change programme”.
The App was commissioned to mark ‘Game Changing Day’, a national event aimed at demonstrating how technology can people to achieve their fitness goals. The day was also used to encourage employees to become involved in team sports, both to help them focus on their health and as a way to raise funds for the Rugby for Change programme.
The programme uses the power of rugby and sport to inspire young people and give them the opportunities to make a positive mark on the world.
