Sequel is IOIC Agency of the Year

Sequel is celebrating after winning Agency of the Year in this year’s Institute of Internal Communication Awards.

Held at the prestigious Park Plaza Hotel on the Embankment on Friday night, Sequel won the title in a shortlist of three contenders.

The judges said that Sequel’s entry:

‘…stands out. It demonstrates passion and achievement and the agency’s teamwork shines through.’

And Sequel managing director, Suzanne Peck, added: “We’re just delighted – this award is due to great people and clients who together create amazing work.

“In the last 12 months we’ve been through massive change and to keep a 30-strong business financially stable and respected by our people and clients feels a great achievement.”

The IoIC awards involve demonstrating success. Scoring highly in our first-time entry into the national Great Place to Work 2015 survey, and being awarded 100% for the second year running in our client satisfaction survey by clients who said they would recommend us to a colleague provided that measurement.

On Friday Sequel also won best digital design with client Kerry Foods, and best printed newsmagazine with client Housing & Care 21.

In 2014, Sequel added experienced video production company Take 3 to the team to offer creativity, technology and strategy across all content to reach client audiences through print, digital, mobile and video – wherever they may be.

This is the second time that Sequel has won the title of Agency of the Year – the first one was in 2009 when Sequel was first formed.
