As more organisations invest in their corporate intranet, what does this mean for internal communications professionals and intranet managers?
Can the ‘all singing, all dancing’ intranet conquer all communication challenges? And what is the role of the intranet as part of a wider communications matrix – do we actually need other channels now?
These and other questions will be the topic of discussion at the next Aspic breakfast seminar, to be held at the Soho Hotel, London on December 2.
Our keynote speaker is Angela Rossiter, global intranet manager at leading law firm Linklaters. As someone with an internal comms background, forged at The Law Society, and latterly responsible for the successful roll out the Linklaters intranet via SharePoint, Angela is perfectly qualified to spell out the challenges faced by anyone responsible for using a corporate intranet to best effect.
Angela will talk about the role the Linklaters intranet has in the wider comms mix within the law firm and how it underpins the firm’s knowledge, information and communication needs to ensure people can access the right messages, in the right way, at the right time and in the relevant context.
This is a must attend session for anyone not sure how best to use their intranet and looking for guidance on the relationship between that and the other channels within their organisation.
