Four employee engagement projects and a thing we learned
Well, 2026 has started with a bang for Team Sequel with a range of interesting projects for clients. Here's four examples of great employee engagement work we’ve been delivering in January - plus one thing we learned!
- Our design and editorial teams delivered – at super-fast speed – a multi-format strategic leadership event for a global client. Our support included shaping the narrative, the overarching identity and creating more than 18 designed assets for this high-profile event
- Insight and digital colleagues began work on a project to design and build a new O365 intranet hub for an education organisation. The first phase has involved working closely with the client team on modern workplace strategy, governance, content and a digital reset
- Meanwhile, our creative video team delivered a short film as a dynamic kick-off for an all-colleague 2026 strategy event, demonstrating connection, engagement and to inspire this key employee team for the year ahead
- Our insight experts have run 15 focus groups across the month to delve into how people access information, what they value, and how they feel to help a client move beyond comms assumptions by having comms data and analysis going forward
- And one thing we learned? We ran an AI workshop for a client’s IC team which identified more than 30 tasks from content creation to templates and automation of process that the team could use AI tools for, while pinpointing work that AI can’t do – at least not yet. Food for thought.
