Strategy plan kick-off sets out the year ahead
found the event exciting and engaging
said the event helped them understand the business goals for the year
extremely satisfied that the event was smoothly and professionally run
The Bridgestone EMIA executive team set out strategy and plans for the year ahead with an annual, virtual kick-off event for all employees.
This year, the event was focused on Bridgestone’s readiness to combat the economic pressures impacting much of the region’s geography and to reassure diverse employees that the organisation was well placed to move ahead, despite headwinds.
With the internal team we crafted a name, look and feel – Future Ready – supported by a suite of campaign and promotional assets.
Three key themes anchored the event with set piece sections brought to life through a package of films, podcasts, short vignettes from individual executives, and a Q&A compered live from Brussels.
The whole event was recorded for any employees who weren’t able to ‘attend’ the live event, such as some front line and shifts, and a summary of the main messages was produced for the Bridgestone EMIA weekly newsletter, B-Connected.
The event was ‘attended’ by 2,305 employees from across Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa on the day.
75% said they were extremely satisfied with the overall event, with the same score for the question ‘did you find the event exciting and engaging?’.
A massive 95% of respondents said they were extremely satisfied that the event was smoothly and professionally run, and 80% said they were satisfied or extremely satisfied that Future Ready had helped them understand the goals for the business for the year ahead.
We really appreciate the high quality of work that you delivered across the videos, slides, speaker notes and promotional assets, and that the team are always quick, flexible and positive.”
