Gogglebox-style film engages teams for transformation

We worked with Aviva to create and produce two light-hearted Gogglebox style films but with a serious message.
How do you inspire and inform colleagues about your Powering Progress transformation programme, motivating them to share key messages on their own business units, targets and goals, and encouraging others to share their stories too?
We worked with Aviva to create and produce two light-hearted Gogglebox style films but with a serious message: two leaders sitting on a sofa, drinking coffee and watching ‘programmes’ presented by different Aviva teams, to explain activity in their part of the business and the impact it was making.
The short films cut between the ‘watchers’ and the ‘presenters’ with the leaders sharing their thoughts.
These engaging and dynamic videos have so far been viewed by half of the UK General Insurance community, building a better understanding of the transformation programme and its progress across the business.
