Inspiring leadership with clarity, context and meaning
According to Mercer’s Executive Outlook Study, 71% of executives say communicating a clear vision is crucial for effective leadership.

But that’s interesting given that communication breakdowns are also cited as one of the most common challenges for leadership in 2026.
So how can comms support this connecting the dots, supporting clarity of message and ensuring there’s consistency and momentum as the strategy cascades?
We’ve been really proud to work with our client Bridgestone EMEA this year supporting the kick-off of their 2026 strategy with senior leadership in Brussels. The January leadership event is highly important for Bridgestone EMEA, setting the tone for the financial year and helping to get senior management buy-in. It’s an opportunity to connect in person, hear insights from customers and celebrate EMEA award winners too.
Our work has involved developing an overarching creative approach, plus strategic planning, content and creative support. We also developed a broad package of deliverables for the event from business presentations, video, hanging banners, welcome animations, and stage backdrops, to photobooth skins and backgrounds – and even designs for a DJ booth.
Sequel project manager Jason Dowty says: “This was a finely tuned, multi-faceted project with lots of flexibility needed to get the different assets ready on time. Close collaboration with our client, the venue, suppliers and with the Sequel team meant we delivered everything on time and within budget, with great results, and a happy client.”
