Is lack of time killing your 2024 resolutions?


Nine weeks in to 2024, how are the New Year’s Resolutions going?  

Perhaps you vowed to join the gym, learn a new language, or master a new recipe.  

Whatever your ambitions, the odds are that you’ve found it difficult to keep the positive momentum going.  

And we’re not pointing fingers here – neuroscientists have found that most resolutions fall by the wayside within three months. So this is the crunch period – keep it going a few more weeks and you’ll be home and dry. Well, that’s the theory anyway. 

A common reason for good intentions falling by the wayside is a lack of time.
